At Finney’s MMA, our all-womens’ classes are focused on burning calories and getting members in amazing shape while teaching real-world, functional self-defense techniques.
Want to have a blast while burning a thousand calories in 1 hour? Our all-womens’ classes incorporate striking and conditioning work outs so each member walks away from class in better shape and feeling more confident.
Our instructors are full-time striking coaches and full-time fighters who ensure that our members learn techniques that not only get them in great shape, but are also useful in real self-defense situations. We don’t do this part time. Our instructors are employed full-time to make sure our members reach their fitness goals and learn confidence-building self-defense techniques.

There’s no need to feel like you have to go to a “guys gym” to learn how to defend yourself properly: our facility features a state-of-the-art fitness center with a full-time maintenance staff to ensure that our members are always provided a professional experience.
Last but certainly not least, we offer fully-staffed complimentary (free!) day-care to all members, so the little ones can stay busy with games and toys while members take class!
