On Wednesday June 3rd come join Jesse Finney, Pat Benson, Kevin Randleman, and Frank Shamrock at FInney’s MMA at an Open Workout that is open to anyone.

Strikeforce will hold an open workout with the fighters on Wednesday, June 3, at 11:30 a.m. CT, three days before the highly anticipated Strikeforce: “Lawler vs. Shields” mixed martial arts (MMA) extravaganza at the Scottrade Center in St Louis. Four-time world champion and MMA legend Frank Shamrock will also be on hand to answer questions from the media and discuss MMA skills and competitive tactics.

Randleman, Finney and Benson will demonstrate a typical MMA workout for the media. Randleman will square off with “Iron” Mike Whitehead during the live SHOWTIME® telecast of Strikeforce: “Lawler vs. Shields.” Finney will put his perfect record on the line against another unbeaten prospect Josh Bumganer and Benson will battle fellow St. Louis native Dave Cochran during the event’s preliminary card.
