Finney's is fun, family-oriented fitness! With over 65 hours of fitness kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, boxing, and MMA classes, we can accomodate anyone's schedule!

Our classes start as early as 8:30 AM and as late as 7:30 PM! Our hours are as follows:

Mon-Thur: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
Fri: 5:30 AM - 9:00 PM
Sat: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sun: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

At Finney's MMA, we have all men's, all women's, and COED classes for kickboxing, boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!!

We make our members feel comfortable, as each class is geared toward its students, and we encourage our members to utilize training partners they perfer at Finney's MMA!

  Adult Classes

Finney's kickboxing, boxing, jiu-jitsu, and MMA classes have been specially designed to increase your heart rate, expand your cardio-vascular endurance, and burn body fat. You can burn 800-1200 calories per class—and have fun doing it!

We offer mens-only, womens-only, and COED classes. There is no limit to how many classes you can attend a week! We welcome all ages and experience levels!

Finney's offers all types of kickboxing programs.

We specialize in Full-Contact Rules (FCR), K-1, Muay Thai, and World Combat League rules kickboxing. All of the kickboxing sytems are non-belt based classes.

Finney's has been named the "Best Kickboxing Gym in the Country" for the past 6 years by various national and international sanctioning bodies.

We feature womens and coed kickboxing classes.

  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program at Finney's MMA incorporates the traditions from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the practicality of no-gi grappling ground training for self-defense, MMA, and sport Jiu-Jitsu.

Our Instructors include 4 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts, including the only female black belt in Missouri. We are proud to say that all of our black belts actively compete in either MMA or sport Jiu-Jitsu.
