On Friday November 7th Kevin Engel and Pat Bensen will both be back in the ring at the Family Arena in St. Charles, MO. Engel is back on the winning track after beating Mike Word on August 22nd. Bensen is ready to kick start his MMA career after a long lay off since his March 8th fight in St. Louis.

Finney’s MMA has partnered up with 590 KFNS to bring the first all MMA talk show to St. Louis. On Tuesday nights starting at 6pm, David Hiza and Ken Gonzalez bring their show “Between the Rounds” to the St. Louis sports community. This is a nationwide show and will discuss the world of MMA and offer a chance for fans to call in and ask questions or voice their opinions on fighters and fights. As part of this show, KFNS has brought in Jesse Finney to host a segment of the show highlighting the local MMA scene. Alongside Finney will be World Combat League Turf Wars host Chad Range, who will be bringing his Combat Sports commentating and insight to the show. Listen every Tuesday between 6 and 8pm to 590 KFNS for “Between the Ropes” brought to by Finney’s Championship MMA, Kickboxing and Boxing.

Shamrock Promotions is proud to announce it has been invited back to the Ritz Carlton to put on the Ritz Carlton Cigar Club Fight Night. The event will be held on January 31st 2009 at the Ritz Carlton in Clayton, MO. The event hasn’t been done in over 3 years and now the Ritz has decided to bring this event back to their Cigar Club Members. Jesse Finney has accepted a fight on Rumbletime Promotions event on November 7th at the Family Arena. The opponent has not been set yet. Finney has made the tranistion from Kickboxing to MMA, and has done so with great success. In his 3 professional fights he has not went past the 1st round.
